Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using heictojpg.im (heictojpg.im), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Service description

heictojpg.im provides a free web tool that converts HEIC/HEIF images to JPG in your browser. Processing for conversion is designed to run locally on your device. Capacity depends on your browser and device memory—there is no paid “batch wall,” but there is also no guarantee that every device can process every batch size.

Acceptable use

Your content

You retain ownership of photos you process. We do not claim ownership of your images. Because conversion is local, we do not host your photo libraries.

No guarantees

We strive for correct orientation, stable batches, and high-quality JPG output, but results depend on the source file, browser codecs, and device resources. JPG is a lossy format; “high quality” is not mathematical lossless. We do not guarantee that every HEIC variant will convert on every browser.

Intellectual property

The website design, branding, and code are the property of heictojpg.im and its operators. Apple, Tesla, Microsoft, Google, and other third-party names are trademarks of their respective owners; we are not affiliated with them.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, heictojpg.im shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service—including loss of photos, failed conversions, or device performance issues.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated Terms.
